As the weather warms, we look to drinks with a more tropical flair. A swizzle in cocktail terms is a tall drink served over cracked ice that is stirred with a swizzle stick. The original swizzle sticks where hand crafted from wood but have evolved into near any stir-stick (think of those hotel logo cocktail stirrers). Bermuda has made the rum swizzle a part of their cocktail culture and has brought the drink to perfection. It is a fantastic tropical treat to enjoy on a sunny day. Don’t have a swizzle? A long spoon will do. Cheers!
