The Wrangler

Some days call for “Low Alcohol” cocktails. These drinks still offer great satisfaction with less of a punch. We enjoy LA drinks on weekday evenings when the next day’s challenges call for greater clarity. Today we share with you The Wrangler, a cocktail that we sourced from Imbibe magazine that was created by Mike Jones of Sable Bar & Kitchen in Chicago. Mike uses Lustau’s East India Sherry as a base for the drink and while often we offer alternatives for an ingredient, this creation will not taste the same with a substitute. It also has Orgeat as an ingredient. Orgeat is cocktail syrup made with almonds (on occasion barley) and orange flower water. We suggest you source the best quality Orgeat you can find and personally use Fee Brothers when we make The Wrangler.
