These days Tequila sales are up and with Cinco de Mayo on the horizon we offer you a
twist on the Margarita that employs the use of fresh avocado. The first time we came
across the concept of blending an avocado into a margarita we were skeptical but on first taste found that it adds a wonderful creaminess to the classic. The recipe also calls for cilantro but we leave that as an option for those who do not prefer the pungent
characters it brings to the drink. Give the Guacarita a shot this Cinco de Mayo with your favorite Mexican fare. Salud!
