It is pumpkin season and when searching for drinks to serve on Halloween we came across a simple recipe from the good folks at Jameson. It can be made as an individual cocktail or in larger batches for the punchbowl.
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Punch
- 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 4 parts of apple cider
- 2 parts ginger ale
- ½ part maple syrup
- Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Technique:
Mix all ingredients except pumpkin spice. Pour over ice. Top with pumpkin pie spice to taste.
