The Bloody Mary was invented in 1921 by Fernand Petiot at the New York Bar (aka Harry’s New York Bar) in Paris. It started as a drink of vodka and tomato juice subtly nudged by seasoning. From there it evolved. Today the Bloody Mary holds the stature of the world’s most acceptable “Morning After Fix”. It has taken on many forms garnished in some instances with a meal itself. So it is appropriate that we offer you for New Year’s day our take on a Bloody Mary. It is Joe’s Almost Famous Bloody Mary Mix, dragged from restaurant to restaurant, hotel to hotel for over a 35 year journey, to rave reviews. Happy New Year’s and may it be a safe, happy, healthy one to all.
Cheers!
