Today’s Clever Cocktail is a rich, creamy blender drink in the fashion of a milkshake. The flavors of fresh banana and coffee liqueur complement each other beautifully in this delicious concoction. It is the perfect cocktail to enjoy when you have a bit of a sweet tooth or as a tipsy substitute for dessert. Cheers!
The Colombian Cocktail
In a blender cup add:
- 1 Whole Banana (peeled of course)
- 1 Ounce Puerto Rican White Rum (we used Bacardi)
- 1 Ounce of Tia Maria or Kahlua (we prefer Tia Maria)
- 1 Ounce Banana Liqueur
- 2 Ounces Half and Half
- ½ Cup Ice
Blend until thick and creamy & pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a banana slice and serve with a long straw.
