Today’s clever cocktail comes to us from The Clover Club in New York City. It is a tasty spin on the Manhattan with the addition of Apricot liqueur. It is a strong drink tempered with a bit of fruitiness from the apricot and a bitter-sweet bite from “Punt e Mes” Vermouth and Angostura. Looking for a new spin on an old favorite? Give the Southern Slope a try!
