Today’s clever cocktail is a fusion of booze and brews in the fashion of a Shandy. It comes to us from David’s Club located in the Hilton Orlando and is the brainchild of their beverage manager Michael Przybyl. Looking for a refreshing highball to get through these dog days of summer? Give the Beggar’s Banquet a shot it is easy to make and ever so refreshing! Cheers!
In a highball glass filled with ice add:
- 2 Ounces Bourbon (we used Maker’s Mark)
- 3/4 Ounce Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Ounce Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- Top with 5 Ounces of Lager, Chilled (we used Stella Artois)
Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange wheel.
