Summer is here and it is gin season. Today we offer you a refreshing summer “fizz” made with fresh Blackberry syrup. It is a perfect sipper for the sunny summer days ahead and if the kids are around you can use the Blackberry syrup (if there is any left-over) to make them Blackberry soda so they can mock-tail along with you. Cheers!
