Today’s clever cocktail is a fun, fruity concoction using both tequila and rum as a base. It’s accented with fruit juices and is a great sipper for Cinco de Mayo or any day when you feel like a tropical treat.
In a shaker glass filled with ice add:
- 1 Ounce Reposado Tequila
- 1 Ounce Gold Barbados Rum
- 1 Ounce Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 Ounce Cream of Coconut
- 2 Ounces Pineapple Juice
Shake till painfully cold. Pour into your favorite tall glass. Add a long straw and a wedge of pineapple as a garnish (paper umbrella optional).
