After the Guinness, after the Jameson’s, after the corned beef and cabbage it is time for Bailey’s. The color of the day is green so we offer you a great finish to St Pat’s in the form of a dessert cocktail that we call the Shillelagh Shake. It is a creamy, rich drink that is so good it can replace dessert. Sláinte!
Shillelagh Shake
In a Blender add:
- 2 scoops Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a Milk Shake glass. Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional).
