Today’s cocktail creation comes to us from Charles Joly, co-founder of Crafthouse Cocktails. It is a fusion of Irish and French spirits that create harmony in a glass. It is aptly named Brotherhood. As we look to Irish whiskey this week on the cusp of St. Pat’s day, it is the perfect cocktail for your favorite Irish blend. Cheers!
Brotherhood
In a shaker glass filled with ice add:
- 1 ½ Ounces blended Irish Whiskey (we used Ha’Penny)
- ¾ Ounce Benedictine
- ¾ ounce Grand Marnier
- ¾ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
Stir to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail saucer. Garnish with a lemon twist.
