Bourbon Pumpkin Smash

It is October and this month it is obligatory that we provide you with a Pumpkin cocktail for the season. At this time of year nearly everything is spiced with the flavors of pumpkin and today’s cocktail employs the use of a home-made Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup. We marry this to a bit of Bourbon and lemon to create the Bourbon Pumpkin Smash. When making the syrup don’t hesitate to make a big batch and use the extra for your coffee, ice cream and anything else that the season allows to be dressed in spiced pumpkin. Cheers!
