There is a nip of autumn in the air and as the evenings get cooler, our minds turn to fall cocktails. As the temperatures dip we look for something savory, with a bit of richness and spice. While we most often associate rum with summer and tropical drinks, aged rums can be every bit as appealing as Whiskey for the fall season. This in mind, today’s cocktail is a Bottle Pros Cocktail Kitchen creation. A fusion of fall flavors and summer’s favorite spirit, rum.
