Limoncello Prosecco Cooler

Today we share with you a refreshing, slightly sweet and tangy sparkling cocktail called the Limoncello Prosecco Cooler. It is an easy to make summer sipper that plays well at brunch or on a sunny afternoon by the pool. Easy to make and equally easy to drink!

Limoncello Prosecco Cooler

In a Sugar Rimmed (optional) Champagne Flute or Small Wine Glass Add:

  • 1.5 oz. Chilled Limoncello
  • 4 oz. Very Cold Brut Prosecco

Cut a lemon wedge and run it along the rim of your cocktail glass. Roll the rim in sugar for a sweetened touch (optional). Pour 1.5 ounces of chilled Limoncello (plus or minus to taste) into a Champagne flute and top it off with 4 ounces of very cold Brut Prosecco.  Garnish with a few Fresh Raspberries dropped in the glass and a sprig of mint.  This cocktail drinks best very cold.  You can keep your Limoncello in the freezer (it has enough alcohol that it won’t freeze) and should chill your Prosecco very cold.
