Cilantro is one of those herbs that you either like or hate. The semi soapy, citrus flavor imparted by the leaves of the Cilantro plant offers a unique spiciness prized in Mexican foods. Even though Cinco de Mayo is past us, we offer you the Cucumber-Cilantro Cocktail. It is a refreshing drink with a distinctively different “green” flavor. As it goes, with Cilantro, you will either love it or hate it.
The Cucumber-Cilantro Cocktail
- 1 ½ Ounces of Good Quality Gin (We like Boodles)
- 2 Ounces of Diced Seeded Cucumber
- 1 Small Handful of Cilantro Leaves
