In the winter we so often forget Gin as an able mixer for cocktails of the season. Cold weather is no reason to push your bottle of Gin to the back of the bar. Below we offer you a cocktail creation of our own inspiration. It is a winter Martini of sorts that strikes a nice balance of strong-to-sweet-to-tart. Cheers
Port Ruby Cocktail
In a Shaker Glass Filled with Cracked Ice
- 1 Ounce London Dry Gin
- ½ Ounce Ruby Port
- ½ Ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 Ounces Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Shake Like Crazy and Strain into a Martini Saucer. Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
