It is not a mix that one wants to start with, but more of a dessert drink with which to put a perfect finish to summer evenings festivities. Today we offer you the Cold Buttered Rum.
THE COLD BUTTERED RUM
In a Blender combine:
- 2 Ounces Good Quality Dark Jamaican Rum
- 2 Scoops Butter Pecan Ice Cream (We like Breyers)
- Enough ½ and ½ to cream the two into a milkshake consistency
